A business interruption can affect far more than a single location. Do your business income analysis and continuity planning account for the full impact to your organization?
Join FM and Chicago RIMS for a lunch-and-learn exploring business income calculation, allocation, fixed and variable costs, and common reporting pitfalls.
Whether you routinely work with business income values or rely on others within your organization to develop them, this session will help you identify assumptions, gaps, and potential disconnects. Attendees will leave with practical questions to bring back to their finance and operations teams, along with a clearer understanding of how accurate business income values can inform insurance decisions, strengthen continuity planning, and support broader financial risk management.
You'll also take home a reference guide and a sample business interruption worksheet to help you apply these concepts within your own organization.
